This User Account Agreement describes the general terms for creating and using an online account with SolarithmCapital LLC. By registering for an account, you agree to use the portal only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
Account Eligibility
You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are creating the account for yourself or for an entity that you are authorized to represent. SolarithmCapital LLC may request identity, investor status, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, source-of-funds, or other compliance information before enabling portal features.
Investor Status
Certain offerings, subscriptions, strategies, or fund-related materials may be available only to accredited investors, qualified purchasers, qualified clients, or other eligible persons. Any self-attestation you submit must be truthful. SolarithmCapital LLC may reject, suspend, or revoke access if eligibility cannot be verified.
Portal Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify SolarithmCapital LLC promptly if you believe your credentials or account have been compromised.
Payments and Account Balances
Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers such as Stripe. Displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, subscription fees, gains, losses, or other account values may be preliminary and subject to reconciliation, operational review, regulatory limitations, and final books and records.
Algorithmic and Trading Services
Any high-frequency trading, algorithmic trading, analytics, or strategy-related information is provided subject to separate disclosures and approvals. No portal content should be interpreted as a guarantee of profit, a promise of liquidity, or individualized investment advice unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the portal, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape confidential information, reverse engineer proprietary systems, or use the service in a way that violates law, regulation, contract, or third-party rights.
Suspension and Termination
SolarithmCapital LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access at any time for security, compliance, operational, legal, or business reasons. Termination of portal access does not necessarily terminate any separate investment, subscription, or fund agreement.
Changes to These Terms
SolarithmCapital LLC may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the portal after changes are posted or communicated means you accept the revised terms.
